So not only was I able to direct the third season of Horror Talk with Kristin West...but I was able to be a guest on the show as well! Review: Love Me Not by Fearscale

Fearscale is one of my favorite review sites because they find a subject, connect them to a heart monitor and have them watch a horror film. They take those results and find how scary a movie is. I think it's fun and brilliant. So far they have reviewed SOUNDBITE and STALK, the first two films I directed for Horror House. Both of those films were about five minutes....but LOVE ME NOT is 11 minutes and we were wondering if we create something that could sustain fear for twice as long. AD Out – Week 2

So week 1 of shooting the web series was a success. Now we just wrapped week 2 and the footage is looking so amazing. This week was more focused on the dramatic elements of the show - but don't worry, there was still some good tennis stuff - plus a fun party scene out by the pool! This week we had some new actors on set - so our team is definitely growing!

Thanks to my manager, Matt Chassin, I had the pleasure of directing the third season of Horror Talk with Kristin West.  All the interviews were conducted at the FANtastic Horror Film Festival down in sunny San Diego. A big shout out to Landi Maduro for stepping in with lights, sound equipment, and cameras. Landi herself is an amazing photographer and director and it was a true pleasure to work with her! AD Out – Week 1

The first week of AD Out went amazingly well. So grateful to have been a part of this fun project. AD Out is a tennis drama written and created by Troy Akin and directed by me. I was nervous about this project. I mostly write and direct horror and this was a good opportunity to show that I was capable of directing a completely different genre....plus even though Troy will be launching this on his YouTube Channel, his goal is to pitch it as a TV series, so naturally this has to be the best product! But everyone brought their A game and everything looks amazing. I really do think we will have something truly amazing and fun! Plus this is the first project I have directed so far that has a sponsor: Head Tennis Gear! We film again this weekend. Stay tuned for more information on this project! ...
