Reelometer Review – Stalk

So grateful that we are getting such great reviews in the new year for my newest film STALK, which was written by Brantley J. Brown and shot by Richard Trejo. Stars Kara Schaaf and my good friend Tyler Gallant. I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Reelometer for reviewing the film, and showing the heart rate of an individual who watched the film! I love these types of reviews because it helps you understand how the pacing of a film affects the viewer! Stalk

My next film Stalk, directed for Horror House Media is the first film written specifically by my friend and writing partner Brantley J. Brown for their YouTube channel. This is a fun film about a stalker played by Tyler Gallant who stalks a young lady Vanessa, played by Kara Schaaf, as she walks home alone from a party. This was such a blast to direct...and I am so grateful that my friend Richard Trejo jumped on board to be our Director of Photography. He brought on his friend Justin Chamberlain to help and the two of them were phenomenal. Brantley designed the mask - which is creepy (can't wait to show you all) - and did great blood effects on set. I was even grateful to my nephew Majd who came to hang out on set and help. He even did the slate for us! Thank you Majd. I reall...

Review of Ax

So grateful to Gruesome Hertzogg and Lil Gru for doing a review of my first film Ax.  They just finished a great review of my recent film Soundbite earlier this month, giving us 9 out of 10 stars. Ax they gave 8 out of 10 stars. If I was on Star Search right now, I would probably be in the lead! #JustSaying https://open.spotify.com/episode/4R7YdCV0toQ7bnjH0jqhik?si=aP6pLZ8QROaY-efYWdZvfg

Nightmarish Conjurings Reviews Soundbite

I want to start off by saying that we have received so many amazing reviews, especially from my cousin Daryl, who is a horror vlogger - he did a fun video review of the film. You can check that out here:  MrMeatHook But yesterday - November 15, 2018 - we received an amazing review of Soundbite from the horror website Nightmarish Conjurings, hosted by Shannon McGrew. The review was written by Juliann Stipidis and it is by far one of the best reviews we have received. It was very thorough and complete and I want to thank Juliann and Shannon and Nightmarish Conjurings for taking the time to watch and review our fun 4 minute horror short!

Filming Soundbite

On September 21, 2018 I directed the promo for the feature film Soundbite. It serves as both a promo for the feature film as well as material for the new online digital short form horror platform: Horror House Media, under Supreme Minds Entertainment..   the crew Soundbite is a story that is written by myself and my writing partner Brantley J. Brown and it was the first piece filmed for Horror House. It was an amazing experience. Ray McCann assembled a great team of filmmakers, which included our director of photography Doug Freirich, Gaffer/Grip Calisto Thompson, and BlumHouse special effects guru Zack Edwards. Together we created a fun, low-key, laid back and effective ensemble. I could not have asked for a better team of people. We were very small but we moved fast and efficiently....
